Oak Studio (Grades 4-6)

Oak Studio is a Christ-centered learning environment for students in grades four through six, where character formation is foundational, not supplemental. We care deeply about who students are becoming and believe meaningful learning flourishes in an environment grounded in faith and individualized instruction.

From this foundation, students learn to take responsibility for their work with clear expectations, consistent accountability, and meaningful adult support. Independence is not assumed or rushed. It is built intentionally, step by step, as students learn how to manage their time, set goals, and follow through on their commitments.

Our days move between focused individual work and meaningful group collaboration. Students spend time working independently at their own level and pace, as well as engaging in discussion, problem-solving, and shared projects with peers. The environment is active and purposeful, with space for both deep concentration and connection.

Instruction and daily work are adjusted based on our internal feedback loops and data collection, ensuring students are appropriately challenged and supported. Students are neither held back nor pushed ahead prematurely. Learning is responsive, flexible, and attentive to both academic growth and developmental readiness.

Through guided independence and intentional rhythms, students grow academically, personally, and in character.
Studio Schedule
Parents can choose a homeschool hybrid schedule (3 days per week) or full-time 5-day option. The homeschool hybrid schedule is Monday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Friday.
The homeschool academy allows children to be a part of a consistent school community for three days a week and spend the remaining two days learning with their parents at home. Parents maintain the primary responsibility for their child’s education at home while receiving support from the school.
